We accept returns and exchanges for non-vintage items in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Contact us at with your order number and the reason for the return/exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.

Vintage Collection Policy

We encourage our customers to carefully review the descriptions, images, and measurements provided, and to reach out to our customer service team with any questions or for additional details prior to making a purchase. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent pre-sale support to ensure you are confident in your selection.

Due to the unique nature of vintage items, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If you receive an item and feel it was misrepresented in its listing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item. We will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis, aiming to ensure your satisfaction with the resolution. For other cases, we are happy to offer store credit for returns initiated within a strict 7-day window from the date of delivery.
